EDS Benefit Night

Hi Boothies,

Just a quick post tonight in order to make everyone aware of the Emma De Silva foundation. Emma and her newborn baby were injured in an accident in March and is still yet to regain conciousness.

You can find out more information here and a great way to help would be to come along and say hi to us and our photo booths at the benefit night.

We have a few more charity events coming up, as well as some other public events where you can jump in our booths and create some memories. We'll update everyone on our blog in the future.

UPDATE! WHAT A LOVELY NIGHT

We'll its the day after the benefit today and what a night it was. Almost 200 people turned up for the night. Big shout outs to everybody that attended as well as the fantastic staff at The Coffee Club Nepean who all donated their time for the evening. Not only that they put on quite a show, the service and food was exceptional and that is coming from people who attend this shindigs all the time.

Everyone involved with the organisation of the event should be commended. Plenty of entertaining ways to raise money were used, the auction gifts both silent and live were fantastic and the speeches both humorous and heart touching.

Plenty of people had fun in the photo booths, and we must say that the guest book that everybody prepared for Emma was by far the best presented guest book we have ever come across. Jam packed full of awesome photos and beautifully written messages.

We know that when you usually have at least 2 and sometimes jam 5 or 6 people into a photo booth it takes a lot to give up one of your copies but I am sure that Emma and Eloise will cherish the guest book for many years to come. We have put all the photo's from both photo booths online for everyone to view. Go to the Musiq Entertainment facebook page. Click like and you'll see the two albums. You can even tag your friends!

Lastly and most importantly it was great to hear that Emma is doing much better. Awake, moving around and judging from the stories from her family and friends on the night recognising people. It was great to meet everyone and get to know a few of you.

On behalf of all the DJ's photo booth attendants and of course our Photo Booths 'Talia' and 'Sonny' we wish Emma and her family all the best in her recovery.
